Monday, June 26th, 2023 I walked into the store area & was looking for help to purchase 15 bags of Sweet Peet Mulch at $23.00 per bag. I did not see anyone in the area so I went the the counter, & called out several times, then, suddenly, this woman pulls back her rolling chair looking at me like I’m bothering her then reply’s “ WHAT DO YOU WANT?”,in such a manner that I was flabbergasted so I replied nothing & waked out. They just lost a customer and over $200 that I was willing to spend for my mulch. Very Rude!!!

Was looking for a local florist to send a bouquet to my fiance for her birthday. I called on a Sunday for a Monday delivery. The woman on the phone was very helpful and pleasant. They did not disappoint!! She was just in awe by the bouquet they made as were all her coworkers. This will be my new go to florist and I highly recommend them to everyone!

Had a rather unpleasant experience visiting Amodio's the other day. I was greeted by an older woman upon entering the shop, in a tone I can only describe as unwelcoming and skeptical. I had called earlier asking for a certain brand of seeds, only to come in and see that the selection was thin and mostly picked over and then told "it's too early to buy seeds" - as a professional gardener from out of town/country, I found this very ignorant. I guess I wasn't worth the sale that day. The store was very dusty and boring, and I could hear staff members talking about another woman with a series of brain tumors in a room beside the seed rack and the general atmosphere was dreary. I'm sure their spring and summer service is much better with the sale of annuals and perennials, but visiting in the off season seemed like more of an inconvenience to them.

Mary Ann was so helpful and pleasant. She took pride in assembling a flower arrangement she created at my request, and it came out lovely. It put a huge smile on the face of a special lady friend at a nursing home. It really made her day. Thanks Mary Ann for your special touch and care. Best wishes.

Amodio was highly recommended by a friend. I must admit that they met all of expectations and then some. I was greeted when first got there. All of my questions were answered politely and professionally. When I went back to place the order, a change was recommended which cost less but was the right thing to do. I got delivery on schedule. I could not happier with their service and expertise. If the need arises, I will not hesitate to go back to them and highly recommend them to all.
